Can I install custom community nodes from the Node-RED palette?
Yes. All 5,000+ nodes in the Node-RED palette are available on every plan. On Business and Enterprise you can also load private or custom-built nodes not published to npm.
How many Node-RED instances do I get, and can they share an MQTT broker?
Starter includes 1 instance, Business includes 3, and Enterprise includes 10. Enterprise plans come with a managed MQTT broker so all instances share a single messaging backbone without extra setup.
Can I import my existing Node-RED flows into your managed environment?
Yes. Export your flows as JSON from your current editor, send them to us, and we import them and reconnect stored credentials. Most migrations finish within one business day.
Does managed Node-RED support the built-in dashboard UI nodes?
Yes. The Node-RED Dashboard palette is pre-installed and accessible from the Business plan onward, where custom domain support lets you point your own domain at the dashboard.
